Expanded Income Eligibility for Child Care Assistance Now Effective Statewide

Previously, a family of four needed to make $90,000 or less annually to qualify for state child care assistance payments. The new regulations raise that amount to $99,250 for a family of four and is expected to help an additional 100,000 New York families.

For more information on the new regulations and eligibility standards, please contact your DSS representative.
