Meet Our Staff
Kids Campus staff are all carefully selected, NYS qualified, enthusiastic, nurturing and loving teachers. Our staff is highly motivated and looks forward to building the fullest potential in each and every child.
Kids Campus offers NYS recognized classes and external workshops to all staff to keep them current in the latest education and care trends and to ensure they meet the annual NYS required 15 hours of continuing education.
Our facility has a Pediatric Doctor on call and works closely with a registered nurse to develop and update our health care plan to ensure the wellbeing of all the children in our care . Kids Campus has two NYS Certified MAT (Medication Administration Training) individuals to administer limited medical treatments to children.
All of our staff are CPR and First Aid Certified.

Lynbrook Director
My name is Nicole Ervolino! With over eighteen years of experience in early childhood education, I am proud to be the Director of Kids Campus. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Delaware and my Masters in Early Childhood Education from Adelphi. I am currently CPR/First Aid & Medical Administration Certified. Prior to joining the Kids Campus team, I was a First and Second Grade Teacher for the NYC Department of Education in Brooklyn. I then spent eight years teaching in the Kids Campus toddler program before assuming the role of Director in 2014. My husband and I have been blessed with two beautiful daughters, Josephine & Victoria, both graduates of Kids Campus, and currently enrolled in the Hewlett School District. As a family, we enjoy spending time exploring the outdoors, swimming, dancing, cooking, watching football and reading books. Growing up locally, I am proud to serve our community and provide a school that will engage, inspire, and help your children grow during these crucial early years of development.
Lynbrook Co-Director
My name is Tara Hadjoglou. The past 20 years of working at Kids Campus have been a fantastic personal and professional journey and learning experience. I began as an Assistant Teacher and have progressed to Co-Director of this wonderful school. I enjoy coming to work each and every day doing what I love to do- being with children of all ages and getting to know each and every one of them from infancy through our school age summer camp programs. It’s so heartwarming when children that graduated come back to visit and continue to share their lives with us. I graduated from Lynbrook High School and studied at Nassau Community College. I have also completed my Child Development Associate Degree, Food Handler, and C.P.R./ First Aid Certification, as well as Medical Administration Training. My husband and I welcomed to the world our beautiful son Edward George on April 25, 2021. We have a house in Bellmore with our Dog Bernie and Rabbit named Shadow. I love nature, Yankee baseball, Steelers football, concerts, batting cages and art projects. I am looking forward to another fun filled and loving year with you and your family.
Assistant Director
My name is Jessica Policastro. I am currently the Assistant Director at Kids Campus. I have worked with children of all ages for over twelve years. I earned my Child Development Associate credential for ages Birth-5 years old this past year! I enjoy teaching children and helping them grow. I am also CPR/First Aid and Medical Administration Training certified. I currently attend Nassau Community College to further my early childhood education. My son Damien, who I adore, is currently attending Kids Campus and will soon become a student of the Hewlett Woodmere School District. I also have four sisters, three dogs and two cats. In my free time I enjoy crafting, watching movies, and spending time with my pets and my family. I am looking forward to working with all of our families.

Inwood Director
Welcome! My name is Liza and I am the director of Kids Campus, Inwood. It is my goal to provide a safe, nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment which fosters your child’s individual needs. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2016 and my Master’s Degree in Education with a specialization in Special Education in 2019. I enjoy working with children and enjoy the opportunity to watch them grow and flourish. Prior to becoming the Director at Kids Campus Inwood, I was a toddler teacher for two years at Kids Campus,Lynbrook. With over 18 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I look forward to providing a safe, nurturing environment for you and your family. Inwood Asst Director
Welcome! My name is Maria and I am the Assistant Director of Kids Campus Inwood. My goal is to provide an environment for your child to want to learn and grow! In 2020, I graduated with my associates degree in Early Childhood Education and my bachelors degree in Elementary Education with a minor in sociology. I also hold NYS Teacher Certifications in Elementary Education and Math. I have been working with children from the ages of 6 weeks-12 years old for the past 6 years at Kids Campus, and prior to becoming the assistant director, worked as a lead teacher in our toddler classroom. In my free time, I like to travel, spend time with family and plan events/functions. I look forward to working with you and your family!
